Towing for planned vehicle movement
DAKREZT can review towing requests in Ontario, including moves from sellers, auctions and other approved locations. Provide the collection address, destination, vehicle details and access conditions.
If the vehicle is in an unsafe location or there is an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or roadside service first. Website enquiries are not an emergency-dispatch service.
Non-running and damaged vehicles
Explain why the vehicle cannot move and whether its wheels roll, steering works and brakes release. Disclose collision damage, fluid leaks and missing parts. Appropriate equipment and location access must be confirmed.
Special recovery or loading needs can increase charges or affect whether transport can be arranged. Do not assume every request can be handled by a standard flatbed.
Moving toward an export booking
A tow can be part of a larger Canada-to-Nigeria shipment. Confirm the approved receiving location and shipping eligibility before moving a vehicle to a loading facility.
Ask for availability, the estimated collection window, equipment, included charges and written terms. Overnight, urgent or remote requests must be confirmed individually.
