Describe the problem accurately
Non-running can mean an engine does not start, but it can also involve locked wheels, damaged steering or missing components. Tell the transporter whether the car rolls, steers and brakes, whether keys are available and if it has leaks or collision damage.
Equipment and access matter
A suitable flatbed, winch or other handling arrangement may be necessary. The collection site and receiving facility must be able to accommodate the equipment. Additional charges may apply, and some conditions prevent safe movement.
Domestic movement does not guarantee export eligibility
A vehicle that can be loaded onto a truck may still be rejected by an ocean carrier. Confirm condition requirements for the chosen container or RoRo service before transporting it to a shipping facility. Request the loading plan and costs before dispatch.
